Today our club met to discuss the implementation of our new school-wide paper recycling program! Our school's biggest waste stream is paper and establishing a paper recycling program will go a long way in minimizing our carbon footprint. We have recently acquired a paper bin on campus and we are ready to begin collection. Our members are working hard to brainstorm ways to encourage an enthusiasm for support of our program among all of our scholars and staff, including planning competitions and incentives, designing posters and creating classroom signs for all of our bins. It has been a very productive day!
