Recycling programThe Recycling program by now is going great we have many volunteers working everyday to keep it on going. Contamination in the bins is less and less everyday and our big bin had been full for the past 3 months. We are very proud of the improvement that our school had in our recycling program. Air Force JROTC Getting InvolveThe Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps is always doing for our community but especially this year they had taken their time to give us a hand whenever they can. This month we have received their help several times a week and thanks to them our bins are clean and our green bin is full of paper. Our monthly goal is to get our bin fully fill at least twice and with the JROTC Cadets help our bin had been full more than three times this month.

Our campus ran out of recycling bins since everyone started using theirs. This is when our club decided to make some recycling bins of our own. We used recycled boxes and recycled paper to make some pretty nice looking boxes. now we have some boxes around our school building working very well. If you need a box you can contact Ms. Brown (Information below) Author(S): Juan Collado

Support your peers one can at the time you can do it! Thanks for the support..Today our club met to discuss the implementation of our new school-wide paper recycling program! Our school's biggest waste stream is paper and establishing a paper recycling program will go a long way in minimizing our carbon footprint. We have recently acquired a paper bin on campus and we are ready to begin collection. Our members are working hard to brainstorm ways to encourage an enthusiasm for support of our program among all of our scholars and staff, including planning competitions and incentives, designing posters and creating classroom signs for all of our bins. It has been a very productive day!
